Increasing width of existing footpath to allow cycleway provision and installation of a new Toucan crossing point.
This scheme is on an extremely busy main arterial route into / out of Kendal and was completed, achieving the prime objective of minimising road-user inconvenience. Residents, businesses including B&Q, Asda and the local hospital, were all kept informed through implementation of our communication plan.
