Gilwilly Industrial Estate is located in Penrith and hosts a diverse range of businesses – from outdoor clothing retailers and vehicle repair shops, to large haulage firms and manufacturers. Gilwilly Industrial Estate connects with Gilwilly Road and the B5288 Newton Road to the south of the town.
Phase one was resurfacing of Ullswater Road roundabout together with widening of approach roads.
Phase two was converting two 3 way junctions into separate roundabouts at the Gilwilly Industrial Estate entrances off Newton Road.
