The project involved the construction of 80 new high-quality family homes for private sale. The development consists of a mix of two to five bedrooms, two and three storey layouts and semidetached and detached houses and bungalows. Externally works consisted of estate roads, infrastructure and each home was constructed with a block pavioured driveway, turfed garden and planted features.
