This contract consisted of 2 phases, phase 1 being the extensive land remediation works followed by the construction of 11 No. light industrial workshops with 35 car parking spaces and associated external works & drainage, along with a public car park for 295 spaces and also the construction of a large attenuation pond for surface water. Phase 2 was the completion of the shell construction of a Pioneer Food Hall including coffee shop along with a 46-space car park.

ACHIEVEMENTS

All the remediation was completed in line with the agreed strategy and to the stipulations set out by the LA as part of the Planning Conditions.
The project was delivered with zero reportable Health & Safety incidents.
The project was delivered with zero environmental notices issued.
Over 64% of Subcontractors used were local to the project which exceeds the company target.
No customer or third-party complaints.
