Washington Homes Ltd, part of the Thomas Armstrong Group, have become a renowned new house builder and developer across Cumbria. Butterfields was located within Brigham, one of Cumbria’s typical ‘English’ villages and was a distinctive residential development with stunning attention to detail.
The project involved the construction of 22 new high-quality family homes for private sale. The development consists of a mix of two to five bedrooms, two and three storey layouts and semidetached and detached houses and bungalows. Externally works consisted of estate roads, infrastructure and each home was constructed with a block pavioured driveway, turfed garden and planted features.
