Thomas Armstrong Ltd is delighted to announce the start of Phase 2 of the Westfield Housing Association development in Workington. This exciting project will see the construction of seven new bungalows, providing much-needed additional housing stock for the community.

The team at Thomas Armstrong Construction is eager to work alongside Westfield Housing Association to deliver these high-quality homes. The development is scheduled for completion in October of this year.

This project builds upon the success of Phase 1, where Thomas Armstrong Ltd successfully constructed and handed over 17 bungalows to Westfield Housing Association in 2024. The completion of Phase 2 will further contribute to the availability of comfortable and modern housing options in the area.
