We recently handed over the keys to 8 flats and office space in Penrith.

Thomas Armstrong (Construction) Ltd. was awarded the refurbishment works by Home Group for the full internal and external renovation of a 4-storey building which had been empty since 2017.

‍

The building was once a furniture salesroom and a theatre for Penrith Players.

‍

Utilising empty town centre buildings and bringing vibrancy back into areas like this is exactly what is being called for up and down the Country.

‍

We are delighted to be able to revitalise the building for our client and create eight brand new affordable homes for local people. It will be great to see people moving into them soon.
